Key components of the agreement include: Autonomous Transportation: Japanese firms will provide autonomous shuttle and delivery vehicle technology for NEOM's car-free zones, including THE LINE. AI-Powered City Management: Advanced artificial intelligence systems developed by Japanese partners will be deployed to manage NEOM's energy grid, water systems, waste management, and public safety infrastructure. Robotics Integration: Humanoid and service robots developed by Japanese manufacturers will be deployed across NEOM's hospitality, healthcare, and retail sectors.
